Our services are available to legally operating businesses in Alberta, Canada. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.

4. Service Agreements

ATM placement and services are subject to separate service agreements that outline specific terms, conditions, revenue sharing arrangements, and responsibilities. These service agreements, when executed, supersede any conflicting provisions in these general Terms of Service.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

Businesses hosting our ATMs agree to:

  • Allow our technicians reasonable access for maintenance and cash loading
  • Not tamper with, modify, or relocate the ATM without authorization
  • Report any damage, malfunction, or suspicious activity promptly
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding ATM operation on premises
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their business premises

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Force Majeure

Alberta ATM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet disruptions, or pandemics.
